Refund Policy

The Sin Tiffin team takes great pride in what we create and ensures the highest level of quality control while doing so. We genuinely hope that you enjoy our products as much as we do!
Due to the nature of our perishable products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product or have received an incorrect order, please get in touch with us right away so we can make it right. After hearing your concerns our quality control team will assess the specific situation and be happy to address the issue and provide a resolution, where applicable. 
In the event that you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us at: info@sintiffin.com with a brief description of the mishap along with a reference image of the product. 
We do our best to ensure accuracy with every order but in case it’s not, we would love to make it right!

Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If you would like to add-on products to an order currently in process, please place a new order and leave us a note so we can arrange to have the order(s) collected or received at the same time.
