About us

At the core of every business, there is a story. A reason why the idea came to be. This is a story about India and the majestic landscape of the culinary world within.

Throughout my travels to India over the past ten years I am still in awe. I am still enamored by the constant innovation towards the tastebuds, each visit.

The desire to bridge the gap and share these concepts and flavors inspired by India, in North America became stronger - ultimately, our female-owned and operated business was born.

An open letter to my children: Be proud of where you (and those before you) came from. Be grateful for where you sit today. The two are never so far apart if you just use your imagination. Keep both close to your heart, for it can be your biggest blessing in your success.

After a busy year we headed back to our roots and immersed ourselves in the flavours and concepts that started this journey. A month spent in Bombay was truly food for the soul - this helped ignite a lot of new ideas for 2022.
